The Principal, Steve Duncan has over 30 years of Human Resource experience including work with Procter and Gamble and the IBM Corporation in the UK and Europe. Whilst employed by these two large multinational organisations he gained experience in General HR, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Organisational Development and all aspects of management training.

In his last assignment he was involved in setting up and running the Procter and Gamble EMEA HR Shared Service Centre. This involved the use of leading edge technologies to automate and simplify HR processes and included the design and implementation of HR Portals.
